Bengals - Blow out in Chicago (W 31-7)
The Cincinnati Bengals came into sundays game with two wins in a row and sole lead of the division. The bears defense was obviously the worrysome aspect of the team but the Bengals offense proved to be much better. Exluding 2 drives, the Bengals defense absolutely dominated the Bears. The showcase of sundays defense was easily the Rookie, Odell Thurman, he picked up a very strong 12 tackles, 2 TFL and 1 sack. However that isn\'t where it ended.

Rudi Johnson picked up a season-high 122 yards rushing, 88 in the first half and Palmer was calm and deadly with 191 yards passing and 3 TDs.

After the game the Bengals coach marvin lewis said \"Beating the Bears in this fashion was definately great for the fans and the team, we did have problems in the 4th quarter to finish the game, but I think we will be fine\".

When asked about the Texans \"The texans won\'t be an easy match-up. David Carr is a strong-young QB, I believe he will probably be the starter or Banks, both good QBs. The texans have struggled with there run game which will hopefully continue next game, since Wells is an excellent running back. Should be a good-tough game\"

Despite the Bengals trouncing of the bears and there strong 3-0 record the local newspaper \"The Cincinnati Enquirer\" has surprisingly picked the Texans to win 31-28. But for any Bengals fan worried concerning that pick, the Bengals are favored 13 point favor.
