Steven Kagemann, the 25-Year Old assistant coach for the Price of Peace Irish, has been selected to be the Western Illinois Bulldogs\' new head coach. A graduate from Western Illinois, Kagemann knows the system better than anyone out there, because he is only 2 years removed, having been redshirted his freshman year. Kagemann tried for a year to go pro, but he was only signed by the Bulls as a free-agent last Febuary, and was only in ten games and had only five points, two assists, three turnovers, one rebound, and two steals.
Kagemann hopes to bring his knowledge of college ball and his taste of NBA life to WIU and to help progress the players here.
Kagemann said, \"I\'m really excited to be coaching at WIU, it\'s really nice to be back here. I\'m really looking forward to coaching these guys and I\'ve already got a head start because the seniors this year were freshman when I graduated so they can spread the good word\".
